All our runs are guided, but each runner does so at their own risk. For this reason, all runners must be aged 18+ and have submitted both of the below forms to the run leaders. You only need to complete these forms once in a calendar year (usually in January) unless any details change.

No forms = No runs ✓

Each run costs £3 per runner, to cover our admin expenses in organising the routes.

Dogs are welcome, but please ensure only one dog per runner and all dogs must be on a short lead at all times.

Please note that we do not provide parking or refreshment facilities. All runners are required to be mindful and respectful of the locations and communities that we are running in, please bring food and water with you as required, as well as any additional clothing and/or equipment that you may need.

Our runs are NOT medic covered - you run at your own risk (as per the above forms - for safety we would recommend carrying a mobile phone with you during your run.
